These two sale transactions required a wide range of estate agency skills and a hands-on approach, as one of the houses was sold off-market and the other as part of a chain. Andreina organised each viewing, negotiated the offers, and effectively managed the progression of each sale to successful completion, helping the developer clients crystallise their earnings.
The houses, each with a unique layout, are part of the redevelopment and refurbishment of an unused former public house in Victoria Park village, within the Victoria Park conservation area. This considerate project—a brilliant juxtaposition of contemporary and traditional architecture—was initiated by local residents.
The architects maximised the potential of the site by designing multi-level homes with basement spaces, multiple outside areas, and a dynamic layout that allows for flexibility in the way rooms are utilised. The interiors were carefully designed, with an honest palette of materials and a distinctive edge, finely attuned to the requirements of their target buyer.
On the other side, there were some peculiarities inherent to developing in small constrained sites—smaller than usual outside spaces, polarising layouts with bedrooms in the basement, and the development being car-free. Navigating these in a skilful, sensitive, and effective way is Andreina’s expertise.

This house is part of the award-winning redevelopment of the Holly Street estate in London Fields.
The houses in this terrace are uncommon in size, providing a contemporary option for those searching for a large family house in the area. On the other hand, their gardens are significantly smaller than neighbouring counterparts, seen as a shortcoming for many within the same target buyer group.
Andreina skilfully maximised interest in the property, overcame objections, and negotiated multiple offers. She presented these in an organised manner to the selling clients and guided them during the selection process.
