Founder & Director

Andreina Oliva leads the Hidden House Project, a boutique estate agency specializing in contemporary houses where she works with SME developers and owners of architecturally-designed homes. With experience in lettings, sales, new homes, and land, Andreina has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of real estate in Greater London. Her career began at Foxtons, where she gained valuable experience in the North-East division before advancing to Manager of the Residential Sales department at Fyfe Mcdade, an independent agency in Shoreditch.

Driven by a passion for contemporary architecture and a vision for transforming small, neglected sites into thoughtfully designed family homes, Andreina founded Hidden House Project. The agency offers a unique blend of services, including small site development consultancy, land, new homes, and sales, tailored specifically for Greater London. Her work has been recognised internally and mentioned in the Evening Standard Homes & Property section, and clients consistently praise her care, dedication, and in-depth knowledge of the properties she represents.

Andreina's commitment to architectural diversity and high service standards reflects her belief in dense, vibrant cities. Andreina holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds a RICS certified Global Masters in Real Estate Development. Her dedication to her craft is evident.
